With a strong background in cost-saving initiatives, our founder has saved millions of dollars through Kaizen, Lean and Digital DevOps strategies. As a Council member, he has bucked the national trend by reducing the Council Tax precept through his keen eye for overspend. He is also a strong people manager with a track record of developing highly effective teams. With DBS, BPSS, and MOD SC clearance, our founder has a strong knowledge of NHS Healthcare, Finance, Education, Local Government, and Public Sector environments.
